LOCATION
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.030. Section 8 and other subsidy programs are welcome.
Comments: A deposit and rent charge is required for each pet. We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure that all applicants adhere to the property's pet and animal policies. The annual screening fee is $30 per pet. (Assistance animals exempt from fee)
